蛹虫草属于真菌类物质，人工蛹虫草子实体具有很高的药用价值和营 价值， 尤其是人工蛹虫草子实体中含有的核苷类物质，它的应用十分广泛并有极高的应用 价值和开发潜力。 本实验以人工蛹虫草子实体为原料，以核苷类物质的提取率为考察指标，比较 了超声波提取法、热回流提取法和微波提取法对核苷类物质的提取效果，并对提取 溶剂进行了考察。实验结果表明：以水为提取溶剂，超声波提取法效果最佳。正交 试验法优化超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为：液料比为40:1、提取温度80℃、超声功 率为100W 、提取时间40min 、提取次数3 次。在最优提取条件下，采用HPLC 法测 定人工蛹虫草子实体腺苷和虫草素的含量分别为0.197%和0.148% 。 ：蛹虫草子实体；腺苷；虫草素；超声波提取；HPLC 1 Abstract As the fungus substance ，the cu tured myce ia of Cordyceps Mi itaris has a high medica and nutritiona va ue, especia y its nuc eoside has been wide y used. It has a high app ication va ue and deve opment potentia . The experiment regards the cu tured myce ia of Cordyceps Mi itaris as the research materia ，the extraction rate of nuc eoside as indicators . To investigate the method app ied in the extraction of nuc eoside in Cordyceps mi itaris myce ia ．Water-extraction method ，u trasonic wave extraction and microwave extraction method were app ied in the extraction of nuc eoside ．And se ected the best extraction so vent.The experiment shows that the method of microwave extraction is the best,and the best extraction so vent is water.The experiment use the method of HPLC to determination of cordyceps mi itaris artificia y fruit body and the content of Chinese caterpi ar fungus adenosine mea .Orthogona design was be used to assess the process conditions which inf uencing the extraction and separation ,and fina optimized conditions for extracting nuc eoside was estab ished,then get the best condition is:Liquid materia than is 40:1、the temperature is 80 ℃、the times is 3、the time is 40min.
