摘 要 摩托车交流底盘测控系统，作为摩托车质量检测设备的一个重要发 展方向，对 促进中国摩托车工业的发展有着重大的意义。该系统可以 逼真地模拟摩托车在真实路面上可能遇到的所有情况，且具有机构简 单，效率高，成本低等优点。 本文主要阐述了PLC 在系统中的控制作用和发动机转速测量模块的 设计，从原理到设计思路，以及实际电路都有着详尽的介绍。其中的 PLC 采用A-B 公司的MicroLogix 1200 可编程控制器，主要实现对工业现 场中的变频器进行简单的控制功能。而发动机转速测量部分采用了模拟 电路的设计方法，单独制作了一块电路板来实现对发动机转速信号的调 理，以方便的实现上位计算机对转速脉冲信号的记数，从而可以对应求 出发动机的转速值。 关键词：交流底盘测功机，PLC ，发动机转速测量 1 Abstract Motorcycle alternating current chassis dynamometers,as an significant developing trend of motorcycle quality testing equipment,have a momentous significance to improve the development level in Chinese motorcycle industry.The system can simulate all the situation that the motorcycle will meet running on the real road exactly,there is a lot of virtues to the system :the configuration is very simple, the efficiency is so high and the cost is very low.
