摘 要 本文通过对宁青农林公司财务会计内部控制问题的研究，精选宁青农林公司作为案例分析对象，采用实地调研、抽查取证的方法。如何有效实施宁青农林公司内部控制建设和完善的理论研究成果，有效实施内部控制制度，已成为宁青农林公司健康、稳定、长期发展的主要障碍。本文就宁青农林公司会计业务内部控制问题、公司治理与责任与权限内部控制问题、人事管理内部控制问题深入探讨了宁青农林公司的内部控制制度，发现并了解宁青农林公司的内部控制问题。发现并找出宁青农林公司现行财务会计内部控制制度存在的问题及原因。本文运用文献资料和其他方法，对宁青农林公司现行财务会计内部控制制度的完善提出了建议，以帮助该农林公司更好地完善财务会计内部控制制度。 关键字：财务会计；内部控制；宁青农林公司 Abstract In this paper, Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Company is selected as the case study object through the study of the internal control of financial accounting. The method of on-the-spot investigation, spot check and evidence collection is adopted. How to effectively implement the internal control construction and perfect theoretical research results of Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Company and effectively implement the internal control system has become the main obstacle to the healthy, stable and long-term development of Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Company. This paper probes into the internal control system of Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Company in terms of Accounting Business Internal control, corporate governance and responsibility and authority internal control, personnel management internal control, and finds out and understands the internal control problems of Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Company. Find out and find out the problems and reasons of Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Companys current internal control system of financial accounting. By using literature and other methods, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the current internal control system of financial accounting in Ningqing Agricultural and Forestry Company, in order to help the company better improve the internal control system of financial accounting.
