PAGE PAGE 16 摘 要 随着市场竞争的加剧，企业面临越来越多的挑战，为了在激烈的竞争中不可战胜，企业必须加强自己的内部控制管理。存货作为企业的重要资源，是企业开展生产活动的重要保障，因此，必须加强对企业库存的内部控制。内部库存控制是企业管理的重要组成部分，是企业内部控制的核心，它将直接影响企业的经济效益和公司的生存与发展。目前，我国大多数中小企业发展迅速，但是对存货的内部控制缺乏重视，内部控制意识薄弱，缺乏科学的管理理念。 本文基于W食品公司存货内部控制的现状，并通过相应的调查,查明问题领域的现有库存有关的内部控制,企业内部管制系统和内部控制环境,并提出具体行动来解决这个问题。通过案例分析和实地调查的方法，对企业存货内部控制存在的问题分析，并参照规范的内部控制制度，为存货的具体实施环节提出了优化建议。 关键词：存货；内部控制；经济效益 Abstract With the intensification of market competition, enterprises are facing more and more challenges.
