PAGE PAGE 16 新时期广佛地区工会职工权益保护策略探析 内 容 摘 要 在新时期经济发展的冲击下，企业的内部发展逐渐复杂多变。根据有关数据显示，我国关于劳动者与企业间的劳动纠纷事件常有发生且呈上升趋势，这些趋势的上升对工会职工权益的保护工作提出了更高的现实要求。本文在这样的背景下，对新时期广佛地区工会职工权益保护策略展开研究。首先对工会的定义和作用进行介绍，并分析了新时期背景下工会政策的变化。接着以广佛地区典型企业西华公司为例，分析该企业工会职工权益保护方面取得的成绩，并分析当前公司工会职工权益保护方面存在的问题。结合现有问题，分析影响职工权益保护的影响因素，具体包括：国家社会因素、企业因素、工会因素和个人因素。最后，对新时期工会职工权益保护的开展策略与上述四个方面相对应提出建议。希望通过对本文的研究，能为广佛地区其他企业有效完善工会职能以及保护职工权益提供一定的参考和帮助。 关键词：工会；职工权益保护；维权；自愿组合 A Probe into the Protection Strategy of WorkersRights and Interests of Trade Union Workers in Guangfo Area in the New Period Abstract Under the impact of economic development in the new era, the internal development of enterprises is gradually complex and changeable. According to relevant data, labor disputes between laborers and enterprises in our country often occur and show an upward trend. The protection work put forward higher practical requirements.Under this background, this paper studies the protection strategy of trade union workersrights and interests in Guangfo area in the new period. First of all, the definition and role of trade unions are introduced, and the changes of trade union policies under the background of the new period are analyzed. Then take the typical enterprise Xihua company in Guangfo area as an example, analyze the achievements of the trade union workersrights and interests protection, and analyze the current company Problems in the protection of workersrights and interests of trade unions. Combined with existing problems, analyze the influencing factors that affect the protection of employees rights and interests, including: national social factors, enterprise factors, trade union factors and personal factors. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions on the development strategy of the protection of the rights and interests of the trade union workers in the new era.
