PAGE 20 PAGE 1 粤港澳大湾区背景下企业战略 与组织变革关系研究 内 容 摘 要 每个企业都有自己独特的战略模式，选择适合自己的战略或组织形式才是正确的。在理论层面上，企业组织架构形式没有统一的优劣之分,根据企业所处环境和规模大小等方面的不同。企业的状况会受社会因素、环境因素、企业规模、企业内外部环境、管理者的差异等因素影响，所以要综合所有影响因素选择最合适的组织结构形式。 近年来，湾区城市群在政策的推动下，促进了各城市的战略发展，开放合作；在国家“一国两制”的良好格局下，利用香港、澳门自由开放的经济体制构建湾区组织机制的创新，引领粤港澳大湾区城市群走向世界。本文以粤港澳大湾区政策为背景，通过近年来城市群的战略变化研究企业战略与组织变革之间的关系，提出战略创新，优化组织变革。本文的研究会对以后各企业发展战略和企业组织有一定的借鉴作用，具有积极的现实意义。 关键词：粤港澳大湾区；企业战略；组织变革；关系研究 Enterprise Strategy under the Background of Guangdong-Hong 　　Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research on the Relationship with Organizational Change Abstract Each enterprise has its own unique strategic model, and it is correct to choose the right strategy or organizational form. On the theoretical level, the organizational structure of enterprises has no unified advantages and disadvantages, according to the enterprises environment and size and other aspects of the difference. The situation of an enterprise will be affected by social factors, environmental factors, enterprise scale, internal and external environment of the enterprise, differences among managers and other factors, so it is necessary to select the most appropriate organizational structure form by integrating all the influencing factors. In recent years, under the promotion of policies, bay area city clusters have promoted the strategic development, openness and cooperation of various cities. Under the favorable national pattern of one country, two systems, the innovation of constructing the organizational mechanism of the bay area by making use of the free and open economic systems of Hong Kong and Macao leads the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area city cluster to the world.
