青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 摘要 随着建筑业规模的逐渐扩大,我国建筑工程施工安全生产形势更加严峻,重大安全事故频频发生。近些年，建筑工程质量事故的频繁发生越来越引起了人们的重视，严格控制建筑工程质量尤为重要。建筑施工安全事故已经居道路交通,煤矿后的第三位。在建筑工程中,由于勘察,设计,施工,使用等某方面的失误使工程出现了一系列严重的问题。工程施工安全事故的不断发生，不仅给生产人员带来生命安全问题，还会给建筑企业带来不小的经济损失。因此,采取有效的措施加以预防和处理,是一个不可忽视的问题。本文首先从我国的工程施工事故的现状出发，总结建筑工程事故多发的原因；然后通过对各种危险源的控制以减少工程安全事故的发生为目标，使安全事故得到一个积极的预防和控制。为做到安全警钟常鸣，可以每月在工程各项目部间开展安全评选活动，对安全管理优秀的项目进行表彰奖励，推行好的做法和管理经验；对存在安全隐患的进行批评处罚，将安全生产意识，贯彻到每个员工日常的施工作业中。 关键词：建筑工程;事故原因;安全事故;预防控制;实例研究 PAGE PAGE II Abstract With the gradual expansion of the scale of the construction industry, the construction safety production situation of construction projects in our country is more serious, and major safety accidents occur frequently. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of construction engineering quality accidents has attracted more and more attention, and it is particularly important to strictly control the quality of construction projects. Construction safety accidents have ranked third in road traffic and after coal mines. In construction engineering, a series of serious problems arise due to some mistakes in investigation, design, construction, use and so on. The continuous occurrence of engineering construction safety accidents will not only bring life safety problems to production personnel, but also bring a lot of economic losses to construction enterprises. . Therefore, taking effective measures to prevent and deal with it is an issue that cant be ignored. This paper first, from the current situation of the construction accident of our country, summarizes the cause of the accident of the construction project, then through the control of various hazard sources to reduce the occurrence of the safety accident of the project, to make the safety accident a positive prevention and control.
