We should choose appropriate analysis tools according to the purpose of usersanalysis. In this paper, the traditional financial statements and Harvard analysis framework are used as research methods. Based on strategic analysis, supplemented by financial calculation, the companys future financial situation and development are forecasted. Through the analysis of the specific business data of the company from 2014 to 2018, this paper further finds out the existing problems and gives corresponding suggestions, so as to make the company develop more healthily and rapidly.
