物流工程-基于仿真技术的仓储出入库作业流程优化研究论文.doc

本科论文 摘 要 随着现在我国物流业越来越受重视，仓储也成为了每个物流企业重点发展的一部分，本文以YF货物运输有限公司为研究对象，对该公司的仓储出入库流程进行优化。YF货物运输有限公司有多个项目，但本次研究的是该公司作为一家为外贸船只的代理，负责轮船在海上所需衣食住行等多个方面的物品采买工作以及出入库的作业流程。 由于YF货物运输有限公司不是一家大型的物流企业，公司出入库作业流程方面还不是很完善，整体的自动化程度也不高，所以这都影响了YF货物运输有限公司在平时工作中的效率。本文首先分析了该公司仓储出入库方面的现状并用Flexsim仿真软件对该公司现有的出入库作业流程进行仿真并得出数据，对该数据进行深入分析，分别对入库流程和出库流程进行了两个方面的分别建模，在模拟过程中发现入库流程的暂存区出现堆积情况、操作员的工作时间占比不高和处理器设备还可以提升工作效率等多个方面需要优化，在出库流程中的两名下架高叉工作时间占比不高、传送带上的堆积情况、操作员的工作时间不平均和出库的高叉工作时间占比不高等方面不是很完善，找到问题的关键并提出优化意见。将每个优化意见反复进行仿真模拟，最后找出最合理的改进方法。希望通过本文可以为YF货物运输有限公司日常的工作流程管理中提供一些实质性的建议。 关键词：仓储作业；Flexsim仿真；出入库优化 Abstract With the logistics industry in China now getting more and more attention, warehousing has also become a part of the key development of each logistics enterprise. This paper takes YF cargo transportation co., ltd. as the research object, and optimizes the warehousing process of this company. YF cargo transportation co., ltd. has a number of projects, but this study is about the company as an agent for foreign trade ships, responsible for the purchase of goods needed by ships in the sea, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, as well as the process of loading and unloading.
