Learn the new words. Try to make the students grasp the new words quickly and easily. 课程实施 Ⅱ．Pre-reading T: Do you know what is spring like? Ss: … T: Do you know what is summer like? Ss: … T: Do you know whats autumn like? Ss: … T: Do you know what is winter like? Ss: … T: Look at the picture on the top of book. Write S for summer or W for winter Check the answers. Ⅲ．While-reading 1．Scan the passage. Finish the exercises in Part A and B. 2．Extensive reading. Finish the exercises in Part C. 3．Perusal. Ⅳ．After-reading 1．Give the students two pieces of advice: （1）Sum up by the Ss themselves and retell this passage. （2）Try to use the reading methods to read. 2．Time for asking questions. Ask and answer the questions. Read the passage carefully. Do some exercises. Retell. Prepare for their reading and understanding skills. Make sure the students can understand the passage well.
