PAGE PAGE 17 概述 NW型系列低加疏水泵是我公司根据市场实际需要，选用优秀水力模型，自行研制开发的疏水泵新产品，用于12.5万千瓦~30万千瓦火电厂输送低压加热器疏水。 该系列泵共10个型号30个规格，最大流量由行业134 m3/h提高到300 m3/h。为提高汽蚀性能，除用诱导论、首级叶轮抗汽蚀设计外，还用降低转速的设计方法，对汽蚀性能作了充分的保障，非常适合低NPSH工况的工作条件；结构设计独特，转子部件采用多级叶轮，通过加、减级数增大水泵压力选择范围；结构和材料的改变使泵在非中心支撑时介质最高温度由行业1300C提高到160 0C；除150NW-58型泵外的NW型泵出水流道均采用蜗壳式压水室，可提高泵的效率和较大幅度调整泵的性能；装配和维修非常便利。 General introduction NW series heater drainage pumps are the new products developed by our company according to the market actual demand, selecting excellent hydraulic model, which are applied to convey low-pressure heater drainage for 125,000 kW~300,000 kW steam power plant. The series pumps have 10 types and altogether 30 specifications, the maximum capacity in this field raise from 134 m3/h to 300 m3/h.
