I know clearly that English is just a tool for us to communicate with each other. if you cant speak it, its useless. Then I made up my mind to change. I listened to tapes again and again to practice my listening and speaking skills（技能）； I tried hard to take part in discussions in class and went to the English Corner every night and so on. I felt difficult at first, but gradually my oral English bocame better and better day by day. When I gave a speech(演讲) in my speech class, my teacher and classmates were all surprised at my progress and changes. They all praised（夸奖） me.
