浙江科技学院毕业设计(论文) 浙江科技学院毕业设计(论文) PAGE V 摘 要 电动葫芦简称电葫芦,是一种轻小型起重设备。? 应用领域:提升、牵移、装卸重物,如各种大中型砼、钢结构及机械设备的安装和移动,适用于建筑安装公司、厂矿的土木建筑工程及桥梁施工、电力、船舶、汽车制造、建筑、公路、桥梁、冶金、矿山、边坡隧道、井道治理防护等基础建设工程的机械设备。 电动葫芦主要由减速器,运行机构,卷筒装置,吊钩装置,联轴器,限位器,锥形转子电动机等部分组成。本文根据设计任务书要求,主要对0.5t单钩移动电动葫芦的总体方案选择和确定,然后对传动系统进行设计。根据设计要求和目的,参考CD型电动葫芦首先对0.5t单钩移动电动葫芦进行工艺分析,选择合理机构及装配方案,然后对减速器和电动机进行外形设计,钢丝绳的选用及强度验算,卷筒的参数计算及验算,再计算齿轮的传动比,确定各个齿轮的参数,进行强度计算,选择合理的轴承、键、轴套等各种零部件,画出总体装配图。 ? 关键词:起重??机械??电动葫芦 PAGE II Abstract Electric hoist is a kind of light small lifting equipment. Application areas: to improve and hold shift,handling heavy objects,such as all kinds of large and medium-sized concrete,steel structure and mechanical equipment installation and removal for in construction and installation companies,factories and mines of civil engineering and bridge construction,electric power,shipbuilding,automobile manufacturing,construction,highway,bridge,metallurgy,mines,slope tunnel,well control protection infrastructure engineering machinery and equipment. Electric hoist mainly by the reducer, running mechanism, drum device, hook device, coupling, limiter, conical rotor motor and other parts. In this paper, according to the requirements of the design task book, the main 0.5T single hook mobile electric hoist overall program selection and determination, and then the transmission system design. According to the design requirements and objectives, reference CD type electric hoist first on 0.5T single hook mobile electric hoist for process analysis, choose the reasonable organization and assembly programs, then the reducer and motor shape design, selection of wire rope and strength checking, parameters calculation and checking of the drum, then calculate gear transmission ratio to determine the parameters of each gear, strength calculation, select a reasonable bearing, bond, bushings and other parts to draw general assembly drawing.
