浙江大学硕士学位论文关键词：环己酮，缩合，环己酮二聚物，氧化铝。脱氢，邻苯基苯酚 浙江大学硕士学位论文 关键词：环己酮，缩合，环己酮二聚物，氧化铝。脱氢，邻苯基苯酚 一II— 浙江大学硕：￡学位论文Abstract 浙江大学硕：￡学位论文 Abstract o-phenylphenol is mainly used in manufacture ofen anti-microbial for treatment ofcitrus fi-uits，carrier ofdisperse dyes and thermally stable and incombustible fibers． Recently,the demand of o-phenylphenol increased drastically．Manufacturing o·phenylphenol from cyclohexanone has been widely used because of its cheapness． 10w pollution and high yield．But up to now,there is few domestic manufacturers producing this product．So it is very reasonably important of the investigation in the synthesis ofo-phenylphen01． Cyclohexanone dimer, including 2一(1-cyclohexenyl)cyclohexanone and 2-cyclohexylidene-cyclohexanone，weTe prepared in the self-condensation reaction from cyclohexanone in which sulfuric acid was used as the catalyst．The reacted mixture was then washed by water,neutralized by alkali and rectified SO as that pure cyclohexanone dimer were received which was the stuffofthe dehydrogenation in the following step．The cyclohexanone dimer were dehydrogenated by Pt—KOH-K2sod Y —A1203 and o-phenylphenol WaS obtained at the end． In the study on the self-condensation of cyclohexanone，the effects of the reaction temperature and the concentration of sulfuric acid were investigated． According to the self-condensation mechanism，the kinetic equation Was developed． And kinetic parameters ofArrhenius equations ofthe reactions were obtained through fitting by computer based on the experimental data．It Was found that the forward and rev@rse activation energy that form cyclohexanone dimer are Eat=74．99kJ。tool“and Ea2=73．12kJ‘tool一，respectively．The forward and reverse activation energy that form cyclohexanone Urifner are E咀3--92．26kJ‘tool～and E“=56．7lid‘tool1，respectively．The corresponding pre-exponcntial factor are kol-1．97 X 10see·m01-2·manl，ko严1．33× lO瞥·m01-2·rain1，l【03=5．57 x 10sL2·tool-2．mill1 and k04=5．08 X 10瞥·m01-2·mm1． From the results it Can be con
