摘 摘 要 设备是维持企业生产运行和持续发展的重要物质保障，目前，我国的三大 石油企业 中石油、中石化以及中海油，为了适应上市公司的要求，三大公司 都在压缩投资和降低成本上下工夫。从而导致设备得不到及时的更新，设备的 技术状况日趋下降，影响了油田的勘探与开发，降低了企业的可持续发展能力。 热采锅炉作为辽河油田的重要设备，对辽河油田的勘探开发起到了举足轻重的 作用，近几年由于更新改造资金不足，设备老化现象严重，对其进行综合治理 更新改造已经迫在眉捷，在投资压缩和成本降低的今天，究竟何时进行更新， 采取何种更新方案，才能用最少的费用达到最佳的更新效果还没有人去研究。 因此，对其进行科学的研究具有重要的现实意义。 本文是在广泛搜集国内外各种分析评价方法的基础上，采用规范比较和实 证分析的方法，对辽河油田热采锅炉的经济寿命、更新时机和更新方案进行细 致对比和研究，总结出一套切实可行的热采锅炉的更新方案，并对今后热采锅 炉的管理提出对策和建议，从而解决目前盲目更新和经验管理的现状，达到节 约投资降低成本的目的，保证油田安全平稳高效运行。 关键词： 油田；热采锅炉；更新决策 AbstractEquipment Abstract Equipment iS the important material guarantee to maintain the production in motion and the continued development of the enterprises．At present，the three petrolemn enterprises in China Petroehina company limited．china petrochemical corporation and china national otisbore oil corporation have done too much Oil cutting down t}le investment and cost to meet the demand of the enterprises in market which 1eads that the equipment can not be renewed in time．The descend of the equipment technique makes a notable impact on the exploitation of petrolemn and cut down the ability of the enterprises continuous development．Steam generator centrel system class has plaved an important role on the exploitation of the Liaohe 0il Field as the magnificent equipment of the Liaohe 0订Field．In recent years because of the insufficieneyofthefundforrenewalthe outofdateofthe equipmentiS SO serious．No one has studied when to renew and what kind of renewal plall can achieve the best effects、厕th least cost．So it iS of great magnificence to make a scientific research abeutit． T11iS article has used the method of standard contrast and pro,erical analysis to make attentive contrast and research about the economic life,the renewal opportuniry and the renewal plan of Liao he Oil Field Oil the basement of searching a11 kinds of intemational analyzing and appraising methods．ThiS article has alSO summarized a functional renewal plan and has advanced suggestion and counterDleasllre on the manageme
