武汉科技大学硕士学位论文 武汉科技大学硕士学位论文 第1页 摘要 技术是推动人类社会不断发展的重要力量，人类借助于技术手段创造越来越丰富的物 质财富，不断提升人们的生活水平和人类的主体性地位。但同时，不合理的技术产品消费 也成为引发生态问题和社会伦理问题的原因之一，制约社会的健康、和谐、持续的发展。 如何推进技术健康地发展，就成为摆在人类面前的重大课题。科学家、工程师、政府和企 业作为技术生产的重要主体，有责任推进技术健康发展，对技术承担社会责任。本文认为， 现代消费者也是技术的重要主体，消费者不仅可以而且也应该对技术承担社会责任。 由于技术产品成为现代消费的主要内容，消费对技术(包括生产技术和产品技术)具 有很强的塑造和导引作用。人们对技术所带来的负效应进行了猛烈的批判和揭露，然而这 些负效应中有许多却是在消费中产生的。消费者不仅是技术的重要主体，也是技术的责任 主体，他们不仅可以而且应该通过理智的和负责任的消费，对技术承担相应的生态责任、 社会伦理责任和推进技术健康发展的责任。 第一章主要阐述技术及其存在形态以及社会责任的概念，并讨论技术的社会责任的含 义和由来。 第二章着重解决为什么消费者可以和应该对技术承担社会责任的问题。文章首先指出 技术产品是现代消费的主要内容，进一步阐明消费者也是技术的重要主体，消费对技术具 有塑造和导引作用，以此来说明消费者可以对技术承担社会责任。然后分析技术产品消费 引发的各种问题，以此来说明消费者也是技术的责任主体，消费者应该对技术及其健康发 展承担社会责任。 第三章在第二章的基础上具体阐明了消费者对技术承担社会责任的主要内容：生态责 任、社会伦理责任和推进技术健康发展的责任。 第四章主要阐明消费者如何对技术承担社会责任，提出了一些具体措施和建议。 关键词：消费者；技术；技术主体：社会责任 第1l页 第1l页 武汉科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The technology is the important strength which impels the development of the human society unceasingly，the humanity with the aid of the technical method to creating more and more rich material wealth and promoting people’s living standard and humanity’s main body status unceasingly．But simultaneously，the unreasonable technical product expends also becomes one of the reasons of ecology problem and social ethics problem，which restricts society’s health，the harmony，continue development．It becomes humanity’s important issue that how impetus the technology’s develop healthily．The scientist，engineer,the government and the enterprise are the important main body of the technical production，they have the responsibility tO advance the technical health development and undertake the social responsibility to the technology．This article believes that,the modem consumer also is the technical important subject；he not only moreover also should undertake the social responsibility to the technology． Because the modem age expends。the main content is the technical product,expends (including production technology and product technology)has very strong molding to the technology with the guiding
