摘 要 本次设计以原有的煤仓疏通机为基础，对原有的煤仓疏通机进行全面分析，为了适应新的环境，对其中的部分设计进行了重新改进设计，使煤仓疏通机改进后既满足加工要求，结构又简单、方案合理。 本文分别介绍了各种不同结构形式煤仓的作用，煤仓的分类，常见的堵塞事故，分析了煤仓堵塞事故发生的原因和堵塞的机理。针对煤仓堵塞问题，依据前期研究的基础，对煤仓堵塞疏通装置进行总体说明，包括疏通装置的总体简介，疏通装置的结构与工作原理。 疏通装置主要部件的设计为本次设计重点，因为它的设计质量直接关系到煤仓疏通机成功与否，设计包括对煤仓疏通机的一些主要零部件，包括增速装置，储能装置，缓冲装置，角度调节装置和对螺栓连接的设计与较核等。 关键词：煤仓疏通机 增速装置 储能装置 缓冲装置 角度调节装置 Abstract The original design of the coal bin to the clearing machine, based on the original machine to clear the bunker for a comprehensive analysis, in order to adapt to the new environment, the design of which has been redesigned to improve the machine to clear the bunker after both meeting the processing requirements and the structure is simple, reasonable program.  This paper introduced the structure of a variety of different forms of the role of coal bunker, coal bunker classification, a common accident blocking, analysis of the coal bunker to plug the cause of the accident and the mechanism of blocking. Coal bunker for congestion, based on the basis of preliminary studies on the coal bunker to the clearing device plugged in general, including the overall device to the clearing profile, the clearing device structure and working principle.
