北京联合大学 毕业论文 PAGE 摘 要 随着世界经济的发展和结构的优化升级，世界各国的服务贸易得到了迅猛的发展，全球贸易结构正逐步向服务贸易倾斜。加入世界贸易组织后，我国运输服务贸易竞争环境发生了很大的变化，一方面可借鉴发达国家的成功经验；另一方面也对其发展带来了挑战，市场的不断开放，加剧了国内市场竞争。近年来,我国服务贸易逆差不断增加，作为三大服务贸易部门之一的运输服务贸易是其主要的逆差来源。本文鉴于国际、国内服务贸易发展环境，通过对我国运输服务贸易开放度和国际竞争力分析，说明了我国运输服务贸易现状和存在问题，为加强我国运输服务贸易发展提出有利的对策。此研究对提高我国运输服务贸易及促进我国运输业健康持续发展有重要的现实意义。 关键词：运输服务贸易 发展现状 国际竞争力 对策研究 Abstract The trade in services in the world has been developing with the development of the economic structure of the global economy and economic integration. The trade in services plays a more and more important role in the international trade. After China’s entry into WTO, significant changes have taken place in the competitive environments that China’s shipping industry faced. On the one hand, it is imperative to improve China’s international transportation service’s competitive ability to maximize the industry’s interest. On the other hand, it brings the challenge for the development of China’s transportation services. With the transportation service market opening, it intensifies the domestic market competition. In recent years, service trade’s deficit of China is growing. As one industry of trade services, transportation service’s deficit is larger and larger, which is becoming an important source of the international trade’s deficit. China’s unfavorable balance of trade in transportation service will be larger and larger for the successive years and this kind of condition still will last. This study is based on international and domestic environment for the development of trade in services. The analytical study Analyze transport services trade and the current state of development problems.
