The theories and methods of it are extensively applied to various areas such as engineering design, economy, management, military and many other fields. In recent years, however, because of the complexity and uncertainty of the objective things and the fuzziness of human thinking, the uncertain environment of multiple attribute decision making has aroused many attentions. Researchers have made great achievements about it. The aspects of researches about interval-valued multi-attribute decision-making problems are mainly as follows：(1) The linear programming method is applied to the interval multi-attribute decision making; (2) The error analysis theory is applied to the interval number multi-attribute decision making; (3) The grey relational analysis method is applied to the interval multi-attribute decision making; (4) Projects are ordered through the method of interval number ordering. This paper applies the gray relational analysis method to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem whose attribute values are interval numbers. Some practical examples have been analyzed. Som
