It is no more important to speed up the development of service industry. Thus, it will greatly push the transformation from single manufacturing industry into the mix of manufactur- ing and service industry in China. Currently, strengthening the researches on the evolution of spatial distribu- tion of service industry is significant for optimizing the quality of industrial development and the promotion of economic transformation. This paper provides a case study of the development of the service industry in Zhejiang Province.
