In addition, GAMECO has advanced parts and components repair shops in China. GAMECO has gained fairly good reputation in the industry. However, GAMECO has still somewhat problem resulted from internal and external factors, Using SWOT analysis theory, this paper studies the external environmental factors (including the market development and demand, the effects of WTO-entry and so on) and internal strengths and weaknesses (including core technical capability, human resource and so on), ground on the studies the supporting strategies were chosen. That is, based on situation of GAMECO and civil aviation development, this paper concludes that GAMECO should adopt the corporate strategy of people-oriented and high quality plus low cost. In the end of this paper, the measures of incorporating the above-mentioned competitive strategy are provided in six aspects inclusive of the adjustment of the organization structure, people-oriented, human resource management, performance examination, cost control and quality improvement and so on. For the strategic concept in this paper base on characters of civil aviation maintenance industry and market after entering WTO, this paper is of considerable reference to other civil aviation maintenance companies in china.
