Human activities except extreme sports and special tasks in the plateau mostly remain in the mid-altitude area(from 2,43 8 to 4,572 m),with increasing people traveling,living and working there.During an emergency task such as disaster relief and military activities, high-altitude exposure Can reduce the cognitive capacity of the res
