Vol. 28（28） 临 床 医 学 翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后泪膜稳定性研究 李丹丹袁张万红袁田 强 (天津市泰达医院袁天津 300345) 摘要院目的 探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣膜移植术对泪膜稳定性的影响遥 方法 研究共纳入 86 例单眼翼状胬肉患者袁就诊时间 2011 年 7 月~2014 年 4 月袁所有患者均行翼状胬肉切除 联合自体结膜瓣移植术遥 分别于术前 1wk曰术后 2wk曰1mo袁3mo 行双眼泪膜功能检查袁包括泪液分泌试验(Schirmer I test袁SIt)尧泪膜破裂时间(break-up time, BUT)尧角膜荧光色染色评分 (corneal fluoresescein staining袁CFS)遥 设手术眼为研究组, 对侧眼为对照组遥 结果 Schirmer I test院研究组与对照组相比袁术前及术后各个阶段两组之间均无显著性差异( 0.05)曰BUT院两组术前 1wk 与术后 2wk袁1mo 比较均有显著性差异( 0.05)袁术但是后 3mo 时两组比较无显著性差异( 0.05)曰CFS院两组比较术前及术后各个时间点比较均有显著性差异(均 0.05)遥 结论 翼状胬 肉患者眼表存在明显的泪膜稳定性异常曰翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术可以显著改善术后泪膜功能遥 关键词院翼状胬肉曰自体结膜瓣曰移植曰泪膜稳定性曰泪液 Clinical Research of Tear Film Stability after Pterygium Excision with Conjunctival Autograft Transplantation LI Dan-dan, ZHANG Wan-hong袁TIAN Qiang (Tianjin TEDA Hospital袁Tianjin 300457,China) Abstract院Objective To discuss the influence to tear film function of patients with pterygium excision combined with conjunctival autograft transplantation. Methods Totally 86 patients underwent pterygium excision with conjunctival autograft transplantation from July 2011 to April 2014 were entered in the study. The Schirmer I test (SIt)袁The tear break-up time (BUT), and corneal fluoresescein staining 渊CFS冤were done in the patients before and after surgries. The examnation times were 1wk before and 2wk, 1, 3mo after surgery. Operation eyes were taken on studied group, the fellow eyes as control group. Results No obvious difference was detected in the results of SIt at any time in the two groups( 0.05). The results of BUT was significantly different in the eyes between the two groups 1week before袁and two weeks and 1 month after surgery( 0.05). There was a obvious improvement with the tear film stability 3 month after surgery ( 0.05). There were significantly difference in the results of CFS between two groups at any time in the study ( 0.05). Conclusion Tear film stability was broken in the eyes with pterygium. Pterygi
