兰州大学硕I：论文 兰州大学硕I：论文 关于农村“贿选”的案例分析 Abstract With the development of rural economy，rural elections have become all increasing concern，in the electoral process a series of legal problems are revealed， which not only affect the smooth conduct of democratic elections，but also has been immense obstacles on rural social stability and economic development．In particular， the phenomenon of the”bribery”is widespread and is the most prominent．Within rural areas across the country not only a number of ridiculous Scenes appeared in the election，such as，Yutai Village，Qinyang City of Henan，“the village’S fh-st election”， but also the tragic startling facts hace taken place，such as，the case of Liaoning” village official losers”．With the appearance of the phenomenon buying a ticket，Oil behalf of the votes，modem democracy’S basis in the traditional Chinese village has encountered new challenges．However，the provisions of relevant laws are vague and necessary means and legal basis for investigating and dealing with these problems are still missing．Another frequent in rural areas，what interests hidden behind frequent ”bribery wind”are worth concerning and studying． The appearance of the phenomenon of”village bribery elections’’is not an accidental phenomenon，which is closely related with China’S socio-economic development and with our legal system．The current“unfair elections wind’’in rural areas can be put an end only from searching deeply for reasons from the economic level and building legal system． This article consists of three parts．In the first part，typical cases of the relevant rural”bribery”are presented and the author puts forwards four points of thinking．The second part is the focus of this article connecting with four points of thinking and the author gives an analysis and answers，bribery-related manifestation and underlying reasons are raised，and then hazards of“bribery
