重堡堡三奎耋三堂堡圭兰堡堡圣 重堡堡三奎耋三堂堡圭兰堡堡圣 Abstract In recent years,the mariculture in China has developed rapidly;the output of maricuiture has located the first in the world.With the improvement of the skill level in the mariculture and the argument of the market demand,the mode of mariculture tends to intensive,dense,high yield.At the same time,the question of mariculture pollution must be paid attention to.On the one hand,the development of the mariculture is restricted by the maricultural pollutants;Oil the other hand,maricultural pollutants can provoke the eutrophication.With the deterioration of seawater,it induces to the imbalance of the ocean ecology,even to collapse.So,in order to protect the ocean environment and reduce disease transmission,it is essential to find an appropriate method to adjust and control the water-quality of mariculture. In this paper,a method of enrichment culture of marine nitrifying bacteria is established,ammonia nitrogen removal effect in the seawater by the marine nitrifying bacteria was investigated and the disinfection effect in the mariculture by the four disinfectants was determines. The results of the investigation are as follows: (1)A method of enrichment culture of marine nitrilying bacteria was established. In the condition oftemperature 25—30。C,pH7.5—8.5,D02-5mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 100 mg/Lit Call get the culture of nitrifying bacteria from 16 days to 20 days.The nitration activity is 4.18 mg(NH4+-N)-[g(MI SS)-hl~,and the quantity of nitrifying bacteria is 2.0x1010MPN/ml; (2)The marine nitrifying bacteria has good performance in the treatment of effluent of beche—de·mer,scallop and manual wastewater.After 72h,the rate of removal ammonia nitrogen is 90%:the salinity of seawater has a bad effect on the ability of ocean-nitrifying bacteria,the optimal quantity of adding ocean—nitrifying bacteria is determined; (3)The disinfecting results of heterotrophic bacteria and ocean vibrio in the mariculture by the four disinfectants(Sodium hyp
