AbstractOrganic Abstract Organic selenium compounds have many kinds of chemical reactive capabilities， which act as oxidants，reducers，neeleophilic reagents and eleetriphilic reagents．Their reactions involye those such as carbon-carbon double bond formation,allyl selenium oxide【2，3】o rearrangement and ring function and SO on．Meanwhile，Organic selenium compounds also have good biological activities involving anti—infection,anticancer and anti-radiation．Besides,Sehiffbases have many biological activities such as antibacterial， sterilization,antitumor and antivirus．In this thesis，two kinds ofSchiffbases containing selenium Wel_e designed and synthesized first．And their interaction with protein Was studied by the fluorescence spectral analysis．Tllis thesis is divided into three parts as follows： 1．5，5-selenobis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde)(D，which Was prepared by reaction of salicylaldehyde,Se02 and concentrated HCI，reacted with five primary anlines to give five schiffbases containing selenium Ila-e in good yield．The structures of I and IIa-IIe were charactered by取、1H NMR、MS analyses．nle X-ray crystal structure analysis ofI show that the coupling reaction mainly carried out in the para position of hydroxyl in benzene,the hydrogen bond interaction exists between the H atom of hydroxyl in benzenze and O atom ofcarbonyl． 2．2．2’-diselanediylbis(methylane)dibenzaldehyde(IV)Was obtained by oxidation of 2-methylbenzylchlorid with H2S04，Cr03，followed by hydrolysis and reaction with the Na2Se2．Schiff bases containing selenium Va-Vc wfffe obtained via IV reacted three alnines．The structures oftarget compounds were charactered by means ofIR、1H NMR、 MS． 3．Two kinds of 5 schiff bases containing selenium were reacted with bovine serunl albumin(Bsm by the fluorescence spectral analysis．Their spectral character Was studied and the the parameters were obtained such as the binding constant with BSA,the thermodynamic functon change during the process of combining,and the number of binding sites
