ABSTRACTAlong ABSTRACT Along with the development and popularization of Intemet，more and more Chinese language online tools provide querying services to learners ofthe Chinese．These network’S bookz often indicate the order of strokes of Chinese characters and various components(including the radicals)of Chinese characters．Due to the number of Chinese character3 is large．At present，the set of Chinese Standard Characters neither include all the basic components and glyph nor each of the decomposition of strokes of Chinese characters．Flash animation or photographs are often used to display strokes and the various components in the browser．Flash animation display the process of writing Chinese characters in dynamic process，it’S a good way to perform the order of writing Chinese characters．However,the production of flash animation is a huge workload．Flash animation can only display the strokcs in the丘)(ed way． It Was not a good solution． This paper studies the Chinese character glyph describing technique and e丑yph drawing technique；develop software that Can draw the order of stroke of Chinese character．This software provides usels a convenient method to fmd the right order of strokes of Chinese characters and display arbitrary parts of Chinese character． First,this paper introduces the GDI+technology and its new features．Basing 011 GDI+Path technology and the feature of two Font types(Fang song and Kai，these two fonts describe the strokes of each Chinese character for the glyph．A stroke is a closed contour graphs)，the information of strokes ofChinese characters be added to a contour path to GDI+．One Chinese character equivalent to a Path Object，one path can contain contain many sub-path equivalents to a stroke．By the control of Path and sub-path，complete the drawing ofstrokes ofChinese character． Secondly,this paper introduces the COM technology．In order to sharing the software，COM is a very good idea．We only need to register the Component and configure the server．The C
