浙江理工 浙江理工大学硕士学位论文 光纤侧发光色度研究及混色模式产品开发 万方数据 万方数据 论文还对以上两种方法制备的侧发光光纤发光亮度进行函数拟合,结果表明两种不同 方法制备的侧发光光纤亮度变化函数模型相同。 最后利用砂纸摩擦和激光雕刻的方法,并结合电路设计,设计制作了发光颜色变化可 控,且发光图案与提花图案不同的混色发光光纤提花织物,由于采用破坏光纤皮层的制备 方法和使用大功率 LED 作为光源,织物发光效果较明显,且混色效果较好。 关键词:摩擦;激光;亮度;色度;混色;光纤发光织物 II Research on chromaticity of optical fiber emission and product design based on mixed light modes Abstract The methods of sandpaper rubbing and laser engraving were used to prepare side emitting optical fibers that give out color lights with different luminance in this article, respectively. And the 3 W light emitting diode (LED) with R, G and B 3 basic lights was used as light source of optical fibers. Then the luminance and chromaticity of these optical fibers were measured by TOPCON BM-5A luminance colorimeter, and the results are meaningful for research about chromaticity of optical fibers. At the end of this subject, an optical fiber fabric treated by laser was designed, and the fabric with a designed circuit can display different patterns with colorful lights. For sandpaper rubbing method, the weight of load and sandpaper are constant, and getting the deeper rubbing degree by increasing rubbing times. The optical fibers bands were rubbed in different degree respectively. Then this optical fibers bands rubbed were measured luminance and chromaticity. And the results show that there are many scratches can be seen on the surface of optical fibers bands when they emits, the rubbing time is positive to the abrasing degree, the rate of decay of optical fibers rubbed as the same times with different light source is similar, for the same optical fibers, the red light is bluer, the blue light is greener and the green light is bluer along the length of optical fibers, in contrast, the red light is yellower, the blue light is redder and the green light is yellower.
