摘 摘 要 本文以系统工程的思维观念和方法全面理解、把握高校德育。全文以提高德 育实效性，探索德育科学化道路为主线，通过对德育系统的结构梳理和内容剖析， 将目标系统，组织管理系统，内容系统，环境系统作为研究框架，重点研究系统 内德育队伍建设，德育实践体系，德育环境建设以及德育评估等四方面的内容， 揭示高校德育过程各要素之间相互联系、相互作用以及高校德育活动与外部环境 之间相互联系、相互作用的关系。文章在建设职业化、专业化的德育队伍，探索 德育实践内容与形式的整合道路，德育硬环境、软环境的具体建设策略，德育评 估系统的标准化构建等方面提出了独特的见解，在研究的框架及一些概念的诠释 上亦具有独创性。全文应用性研究的特征明显，力求构建符合高等教育规律及人 的发展规律并与社会主义和谐社会相适应的高校德育的理论体系和实践操作模 式，以期为高校德育工作提供有益的借鉴。 关键词：高校德育德育队伍德育实践德育环境德育评估 AbstractThis Abstract This article，with the concepts and methods of systematic engineering，aims to understand and grasp the moral education in university,comprehensively．The passage researches the structure and the content of moral education system，setting target system，organization management system，contents system and environment system as the study frame，surrounding the two thesis which ale increasing effectiveness of moral education and surveying the scientific way of moral education．To explicate the connection and interaction among various essential factors of moral education in university and the connection and interaction between moral education in university and outsider environment，there ar e mainly four aspects to be researched the team construction of moral education inside the system，the practical organization of moral education，the environmental construction of moral education and the estimation of moral education．This paper brings forward lots of unique views，such as constructing specialized and professional team of the moral education，searching the path to integrate the content and form which moral education carries out，the strategy about hardware and software in moral education and the standard structure of practical system of moral education．At the same time，it has originality on the frame and the concepts．There is a very notable characteristic applicability．In order to provide a salutary lesson for universities，it makes every effort to build the theory system of moral education in university and operation pattem of practice，which accord、vitll the
