船体分段吊装方案设计及其优化问题研究Research 船体分段吊装方案设计及其优化问题研究 Research on the Design of Hull Block Lifting and the Optimized Problem in the Design Abstract Hull block lifting is a work that construction units use lifting equipment to carry out the blocks for taming over or displacement,it is an important task in the process of ship construction.Researching to improve the quality of block lilting is crucial important to the safety and quality of hull construction.As we know,arrangement of hanging position is a vital part in the process of hull block lifting,it need to consider the lifting process,the performance of lifting equipment,the carrying capacity of the sling and the other factors.It is a complicated optimization process. This article will research on the two kinds of lifting form in the process of hull block lifting,which are flat lifting and turning OVer lifting. In the research of fiat lifting,first,this article will give an adapt assessment of hanging point on the lifting plane,thereby get a series of combined regimen of hanging point.Second, using the minimum overall strain energy of the block in lifting process as the target of optimization,and using PSO algorithrn,then using the MATLAB and ANSYS software to achieve the optimal design of the hanging position.In the end,according to the hanging position and block structure to get the type and carry ability of Eye plate in each hanging position. In the research of turning over lifting,first,give an interfered assessment to the hull block for turning OVer,and get the location of axis for the hanging point.Then get a series of alternative combined regimen of axis for the hanging point according to the relative rotational angle of the slings and the block in the process of turning over.In the end,using the minimum overall strain energy of the block in the process of turning over as the target of optimization, to obtain the final hanging point design of turning over.Additionally,for some blocks,the interference situation i
