ABSTRACTSmall ABSTRACT Small molecule fluorescent probe has the fluorescence emission in the ultraviolet—visible area and the fluorescence properties may change with the test environment and the concentration of analyte changed．Due its rapid identification，high sensitivity，good selectivity,simple synthesis process and excellent biological compatibility，small molecule fluorescent probe has a broad application prospect in biological，chemical， medicaiand other fields．In this paper,we synthesisd several kind of reactive fluorescent probe for the detection of thiophenol，H2S and hydrazine based on ICT(Intramolecular Charge Transfer)and ESIPT (Excited—state Intramolecular Proton Transfer))mechanism．The optical properties and the performance of practical application and biological imaging were studied．The main work are as follows． (1)Based on the specific properties of thiophenol，we synthesisd the first ESIPT-based thiophenol fluorescent probe， in which 2-(1-(4一methoxyphenyl)-4，5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol一2一y1)phenol (DIP) was acted as the fluorophore and the strongly electron—withdrawing 2，4一dinitrobenzene sulfonyl ester group was acted as the recognition unit． the probe showed very fast response(within 1 min)to thiophenols． Quantitative detection of thiophenol with a linear response from 1×1 0—7 mol／L to 7×1 0—6 mol／L and detection limit of O．1 89 pM was achieved． The fluorophore displayed a large Stokes shift(1 70 nm)，which could III 万方数据 minimize minimize the self-absorption and reduce the interference from autofluorescence in vivo application．This probe shows highly selective to thiophenols over aliphatic thiols and other nucleophiles and it can be used to deteect thiophenol in real water samples with good recovery．The Probe is also a useful fluorescent probe for detecting thiophenols in living cells． (2)We synthesisd a tum—on H2S fluorescent probe，in which 3-hydroxyflavone acted as the fluorophor and the strongly electron-withdrawing 2，4一dinitrobenzene ether acte
