Abstract
In recent years, the development of Internet-based business model innovation has
become a major strategic competing field, among well-known enterprises, middle and
small-sized enterprises, and even newly-established enterprises. One of high-tech enterprises
of Beijing (Hereinafter referred to as A business) has designed and developed a new set of
intellectual resources docking network platform, and intended to make the individual
intellectual resources as ordinary commodity and can be freely configured through this
network platform. Due to the value of the products on this network platform has
characteristics of invisible, individual differences and subjective, the marketing approach, the
way of promotion, and the marketing results are different from those of ordinary goods.
Furthermore, the platform itself is a kind of brand-new business model. It is needed to design
and develop new marketing strategies in order to successfully promote it to the community
and to be recognized. In this paper, by taking the application and promotion of the network
platform as the research goal, a comprehensive summary of the current marketing theories
and business model innovation advances and trends is made, the macro background and the
state of this network platform in the same industry were analyzed, by using PEST analysis
and the five forces model, and the internal strengths and weaknesses and the external
opportunities and challenges are also analyzed, with the SWOT analysis method. Then the
