英文摘要 Salter 骨盆截骨和股骨内翻截骨治疗Perthes 病的比较研究 A study of comparison of the results from the Salter innominate osteotomy and the femoral varus osteotomy for the treatment of Perthes’ disease Abstract Objective: To study which is a better method for Perthes’ disease,we collect several patients treated by the femoral varus osteotomy or Salter osteotomy in our hospital recent years. Method: We reviewed the records of 29 patients with Perthes’ disease in our hospital between 2004 and 2012. Seventeen patients with unilateral involvement treated by the Salter innominate osteotomy and twelve patients treated by the femoral varus osteotomy were included in the study, and the clinical and radiographic results of these two surgical procedures were compared. Results: After following up for 3~9 years, there were no significant differences between the two groups. Based on the classification of Stulberg et al, 11 patients (65%) in the Salter innominate osteotomy group had a good result, and in the femoral varus osteotomy group, 7 patients(58%) had a good result. There was no significant difference between the groups according to the classification of Stulberg et al. The femoral neck-shaft angle and articulotrochanteric distance were closer to normal side in the Salter innominate osteotomy group than in the femoral varus osteotomy group. There was no significant difference in the percentage of acetabular cover assessment. Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the clinical and radiographic results of the Salter innominate osteotomy and the femoral varus osteotomy for the treatment of patients with Perthes’ disease,including the sphericity of the femoral head and congruity
