基于T州的软件测试管理的研究与应用 摘要 摘要 随着IT行业对软件质量要求的不断提高，软件测试作为保证软件质量的重要活 动之。越来越受到业界的关注和重视。而对软件测试管理的重视和管理规范的实践可 以帮助软件组织更快地改进软件测试过程，提高测试的质量。 TMM即软件能力成熟度模型是受c删模型启发产生的，它描述了测试过程，是项目 测试部分得到良好计划和控制的基础，它的主要目的在于帮助企业组织改进和评估其 软件测试过程。T删是一个采用分级方法确定软件组织的软件测试能力成熟度的参考 模型，可以指导软件组织提高其软件测试能力。TMM将测试划分为五个级别，分别是： 初始级、阶段定义级、集成级、管理和度量级、优化与缺陷预防及质量控制级，每一 级别均要达到一定的测试目标才能进化到更高一级。 本文从T删的五级目标入手，对软件测试管理的理论和方法作了深入研究，结合 TMM在新一代交易系统第三方确认测试中的实践，给出了基于TMM的测试计划的实现 方案，并对本项目中TⅢ测试管理方法的应用进行了研究和讨论。 本课题的研究适用于大中型企业实践TMM五级测试管理目标，也可为中小型企业 的软件过程改进提供一定的参考。 关键词：软件测试，软件测试管理， 软件测试能力成熟度模型，测试计划 III 苎!!型竺鏊堡型亟笪里塑型窒量生里 垒!!!竺!
