摘要 摘要 随着电信产业的迅速发展，电信设备的复杂性和所提供的功能也在不断地增 加和更新。如何管理和控制它们使之能够正确、高效地运行就是一个很重要的问 题。中兴通讯公司依照电信管理弼J(TMN)规范开发的操作维护(0MC)系统，虽在一 定程度上提高了管理电信设备的能力，但在实施和应用过程中，发现系统本身体 系结构和实现方法略有不足，致使系统的开发效率、代码复用率不高，阻碍了电 信服务水平的提高。 为此本文提出～种图形用户界面(GUt；和人机命令应用(MA)开发模式并存的 OMC系统软件体系结构，弥补了上述不足之处。并在此基础上，设计并实现了 OMC系统的配置管理子系统。在该子系统的GUI模式设计与实现中，本文借鉴 TMN的管理信息模型设计，使用XML语言设计了针对配置管理应用的数据类型 (被管对象M0)：随后基于统一网管平台的开发，使用MO数据类型，应用JAVA 技术结合XML脚本语言实现了配置管理子系统工作站功能(wsF)和操作系统功能 (OSF)模块，从而完成了配置管理功能。本文还依据MA软件开发模式，使用数据 库脚本语言来处理数据配置命令，从另一途径实现了配置管理功能。 配置管理子系统采用GUI开发模式，提高了软件代码复用性；采用MA开发 模式，满足了快速配置新网元的需求。这些成果现已投入商用，且运行情况良好。 关键词；电信管理网操作维护系统配置管理人机命令应用 Abstract As the rapid development of telecommunication，the complexity and functions of the telecommunication equipments are increased and updated．So it is important to manage and control the device to make them work correctly and efficiently．Though the Operate and Maintenance Centre(oMc)，which was designed by ZTE，according to the TMN standard，enhanced the abifity to manage the device in certain degree，there are a few shortcomings in the system architecture and the implementation when used in the service．All of these disadvantages make the development effidency low and the multiplex ratio of the code low too．These obstruct the improvement of telecommunication service level． To make up the shortcomings，a new kind of software architecture of OMC System which is constituted by both the GUI and the MA development mode is in仃oduced in this paper???And a new configuration management subsystem is designed and accomplished based on the new development mode．In the GUI development mode design and implementation of this subsystem，this paper consults the design of TMN information model，and designs the configuration management data type(Mo)using XML language；Then in the uniform network management platform，using the MO data type,the wsF and the OSF module are designed to finish the functions of Configuration Management using the JAVA and the XML script language．Also in term of the MA mode，t
