华北电力大学〈北京〉 似士学位论文 摘要 电信管理网 (Telecommunica t ions Management Network) TMN) 是一种新型的管 理电信网的网络，其基本概念是提供一个有组织的网络结构，以取得各种类型的操 作系统之间、操作系统与电信设备之间的互连。 TMN 规范规定性能管理功能包括采 集和分析网络对象的性能数据，监测网络对象的性能:同时，统计网络运行状态信 息，对网络的使用发展作出评测、估计，为网络进一步规划与调整提供依据等。 因而，基于 TMN 的不同网络性能管理系统的主要功能是相似的 p 但不同的系统在实 现上又是不同的，如果每套系统单独开发，势必浪费开发资源，降低开发效率，而且不 利于今后系统的扩展。基于此，本文充分利用系统 工程的理论，并结合软件复用的思想， 提出了一种通用的网络性能管理系统，该系统为基于 TMN 的网络性能管理系统提供了 一 个公用框架，并实现了不同设备性能管理系统的公共部分的功能。具体的设备 应用开发 人员可在该公用功能系统的基础上方便的实现自己的性能管理系统。 关键词: TMN，性能管理， CORBA，UML，软件复用 ABSTRACT Telecommunications Management Network(TMN) ìs a new style network which manage Telecommunications Network. Its basic conccpt is to provide a organized network structure， so as to obtain interlinkage among different Operating Systems or between Operating System and Telecommunication equipments. 1n according to T丸仕l regu1ation，Perfornlance Managenlent provides functions to evaluate and report upon the behavior of telecommunication equipment and the effectiveness of the network or network element. Its role is to gather and analyze statistical data for the purpose of monitoring and correcting the behavior 创de在ectiveness of the network，NEs or other equipment and to aid in planni吨， provisioni吨， maintenance and the measurelnent of quality.
