Abstract With the rapid rise of social networking sites and e-commerce, Social Commerce is becoming a hot property. Socialization of e-commerce, it simply is a combination of e-commerce social media social characteristics (Share, reviews, comments) and social graph (social relations) and the formation of a new type of e-commerce services, popular point the kind of goods sold through social media e-commerce services. With social networking sites and routes of transmission of the SNS, micro-blog, social media, network media, self-generated content through social interaction, users and other means to assist in the purchase of goods and sales practices. The emergence of Social Commerce, is designed to help customers reduce the cost of online shopping, digging the needs of potential users shopping. This article will focus on analysis of third-party Social Commerce platform, based on its current development, is the most independent of the use of the two key factors of the social, e-commerce business model developed, rather than focus on the service at a party or in the form of the existing business auxiliary exist. The domestic Social Commerce platform to carry out in full swing, but the homogenization of the phenomenon is very obvious, and the range of users and content sources are development bottleneck. The comparative study of the three basic forms of Social Commerce in China, select one of the more popular with users of third-party e-commerce platform of social case, the use of the nine-factor model of Osterwalder’s business model analysis to explore suitable for domestic socialization mode and earnings mechanism of the commercial development of the e-commerce platform. Then I pointed out the problems encountered in the development of social e-commerce platform, effective remarkable development strategy, has a certain theoretical and practical significance of the emerging Social Commerce development.
