定了Sb在PbTe最大固溶度为7．0 at．％；Pb在L1(Sb2Te)中最大固溶度为1．55 at．％。 第三、建立了Pb．Sb．Ce三元系873K等温截面。确定了Pb．Sb．Ce三元 系873K等温截面由3个单相区、18个两相区和8个三相区组成。研究表 明，各相之间均有固溶现象，并确定了相关相的固溶范围。确定了Pb在 CeSb中最大固溶度为14．5 at．％；Pb在Ce4Sb3最大固溶度为7．1 at．％； Sb 在Ce5Pb4最大固溶度为6．7 at．％。 关键词：Pb．Te．Ce．Sb掺杂赝三元等温截面第二相粒子 II 万方数据 THE RESEARCH oF ISOTHERM随L SECTIONS OF PB．TE．CE．SB SYSTEM AT 873K ABSTRACT The PbTe compound is Rre widely used in the temperature region of the thermoelectric power generating apparatus．As a conventional thermoelectric material through the matrix PbTe doping，we found it putting more than double quality factor ZT．The isothermal section of the PbTe·—Te--Ce pseudo ternary system in rich-PbTe at 873K，that of the PbTe—Sb-Ce pseudo ternary system in rich．PbTe at 873 K and that of Pb—Sb—Ce ternary system at 873 K，were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)with energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)techniques．Some important results are listed as follow： Firstly,the isothermal section of the PbTe—·Tc··Ce pseudo ternary system in rich．PbTe at 873 K has been established．It is composed of 1 single-phase regions，4 two phase—regions and 4 three—phase regions．The stability of CeaTe4 at 873 K was determined．The maximum solubility of Pb in Ce3Ze4 was 1 4．3 at．％．The maximum solubility of Pb in CeTe3 was 1 1．3 at．％and the maximum solubility of Pb in CeTe2 was 6．2 at．％．Secondly’the isothermal section of the PbTe．Sb．Ce pseudo ternary in rich-PbTe system at 873K was established．It is III 万方数据 composed of 1 single—phase regions，3 two phase—regions and 3 three—phase regions．The grain orientation of the second phase particles was determined in rich-PbTe．The maxinnⅡn solubility of Sb in PbTe was 7．0 at．％．The maximum solubility of Pb(in LI)was 1．5 5 at．％． Thirdly，the isothermal section of the Pb—Sb-Ce ternary system at 873 K has been established．It is composed of 3 single-phase regions，1 8 two phase—regions and 8 three-phase regions．The solid solution Was found among the phas
