The purpose of this paper is to primarily construct the working platform of information managing system which can support the whole monitoring and cooperating process and realize the running analysis, cooperating control and integrate at a time. Once finished, this system will be able to include the following functions: integrate merit performance assertion, operation assertion, core resource assertion, etc. Furthermore, it will be a good assistance in monitoring Horizontal collaboration efficiency, realizing the combination of the cross-business and cross-department monitoring, as well as locating the error and warnings in the managing process so that the data center will be better off .
