成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 目的：观察点穴正骨推拿法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病（以下简称 CSA）的临床 疗效。 方法：随机将 70 例 CSA 患者分为点穴正骨推拿法治疗组（简称治疗组） 与推拿牵引法对照组（简称对照组），每组各 35 例，观察并比较两组治疗前后 的颈性眩晕症状与功能积分、体征、X 片变化情况。 结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P0.05），点穴正骨推拿法能有效的改 善颈性眩晕症状与功能（P0.01），缓解肌肉痉挛（P0.01），调整颈椎失稳 （P0.01）。 结论：点穴正骨推拿法是治疗 CSA 有效的方法之一。可能是通过缓解肌痉 挛，调整颈椎失稳，从而达到治疗效果。 关键词：椎动脉型颈椎病；推拿；点穴；正骨；积分；临床研究 ABSTRACT Purpose: Observing the curative effect of manipulation for finger-pressing and moving joint on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylopathy (CSA). Method: The research method is to divide the patients (70cases) who meet CSA diagnostic criteria into two groups randomly: manipulation for finger-pressing and moving joint as treatment group (35cases) while massage and traction as control group (35cases). We wanted to observe the cervical vertigo symptom and functional accumulated points, positive sign, x-ray for both groups on anteroposterior treatment time. Results: The curative effect of manipulation for treatment group on CSA is much better than the effect of control group (P0.05). Our manipulations can significantly improve cervical vertigo symptom and function (P0.01), release muscle spasm (P0.01), to adjust disorder of cervical vertebra (P0.01). Conclusion: Manipulation for finger-pressing and moving joint is one of effective treatment for CSA. was to adjust disorder of cervical vertebra via releasing muscle spasm, the clinical therapeutic effect occurred.
