Industrial plant has two main problem, high energy consumption and the environment is poor, a lot of heat and harmful gas emissions with the production process, not only directly affect the health of workers, equipment service life, also affect the normal operation of the production serious. Good ventilation system, can saving energy and reducing consumption,at the same time, improve the efficiency of the ventilation, to build a good working environment. Ventilation system can be divided into mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation system, mechanical ventilation system with high efficiency, but the energy consumption is too high; Natural ventilation system dont consume the power, can realize the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption of industrial building, but the shortcomings of low efficiency cant build a good environment, therefore, this topic, by reforming the industrial plant natural ventilation system to ensure that the plant can reduce the energy consumption, at the same time, build a good environment. Large iron and steel industry building as the research object in this topic , Modified the place, shape, and exhaust of dormer, put forward three kinds of retrofit scheme, improve the monitor height, move back of the monitor, horizontal arrangement of the monitor, after modification, workshop temperature is decreased obviously, and the environment improved, proved the feasibility PAGE IV万方数据 PAGE IV 万方数据 of the three kinds of retrofit scheme. Then, we also put the three kinds of transformation together, get better optimization result
