Research on Risk Management of Project Alteration of Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of Office Automation Network Abstract Network improving facilities led to the demand of OA system; government, enterprises pay more attention to the construction of the OA system than in the past; the global information trend more obvious, the enterprise grasp the extent of information, access to information is timely, information can be fully utilized, the information is sensitive and accurate response, has become more and more important factors weighs an enterprise market competition ability.Office automation system can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise internal information sharing, cooperation and business monitoring, is the core of enterprise informational construction. This paper is based on the theories and methods of risk management of project, the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk management are studied.The main content of this thesis includes: Identification of the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk.Through the qualitative analysis pointed out that the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk can be divided into technical risk, financial risk, human resource risk, time risk and project quality risk.Further analysis of each risk factor, the risk factors were presented.
