II II Abstract With the continuous advancement of reform and open policy,and the gradual establishment of socialist market economy’s system,the economy of our country achieves the leap-forward development,and a number of policy measures have been taken by our government to benefit famers,The rural economy has achieved a certain development,The standard of living of farmers has also been significantly improved.But we have to recognize that,the rural politics,economy,culture,social internal system and its mutual of our country also show many unstable factors. Factors of instability of countryside mainly refer that the speed of the rural economic development does not suit for the material and cultural demand of the vast rural masses, political system in rural areas and the basic level organizations also need to be improved,the cultural facility of countryside is poor,rural public agencies are obviously insufficient, the development of rural public utilities is also in the backward stage. There are many reasons for these unstable factors,mainly including farm-reaching impact of narrow and limited thinking ,the expansion of clan force,the agriculture is in greater impact of natural factors, the market economy is not regular. Urban-rural dual system limits development of countryside. Maintenance of stability mechanism is missing and so on.These unstable factors in the rural areas do not only restrict,distress,hindering the development of the rural economy, the construction of democratic politics, but also limit the social progress and development of society,influence the social security and stability in a certain degree,therefore,it is significance and valuable to analyze methods for instability in rural area. The key link to solve the problems of rural social unstable factors is to accelerate the development of rural economy,to increase farmers’ income;The solid foundation is to development rural social undertakings.
