The environmental impact assessment is a method and system which analysis, prediction and assessment of the potential environmental impact after the implementation of the construction project, proposed policies and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts, tracking and monitoring. As technology continues to progress, the traditional evaluation method revealed varying degrees of limitations in the application. This study analysis the environmental impact of a low-speed car manufacturing project of an automobile factory in Hubei Province . Analysis the pollutants producing sectors of the project according to the project process, systematic analysis of the impact on the ecological environment of the project construction pe riod, that vegetationanimal habitats, ambient air, water, environment, acoustic environment, solid waste; based on engineering analysis, the environmental impact of the automobile manufacturing project operation period analysis, defined the project of gas, water, sound, solid wasteand other aspects of the pollution factor and emissions.
