The Research on Graduate Students’ View of Employment Candidate:YUAN Lu Supervisor:WANG Wen-yin Abstract Graduate students’ view of employment is their general view of professional evaluation, career choice, and the occupation value orientation. It reflects the relationship between graduate students’ needs and social professional property and plays a guiding role for graduate students’ career life. Nowadays graduate students are both the backbones of constructing material civilization, spiritual civilization, and political civilization and the important source of decision makers at all levels. Their views of employment, in some extent, relate to the quality of science, technology, and culture workers, relate to the future and destiny of the Party and the country, and directly relate to success or failure of China’s socialist modernization construction. By consulting a large number of related books and papers of the existing literature, this article made a system analysis on the problem of Master graduate student’s choosing occupation, and have found the present situation of the Master, summarized the features, and analyzed the deep reasons which reflect their choosing occupation, it includes society, school, family and individual factors and so on. The Master degree candidate is country’s high-grade talented person, how to guide them to set up the occupation outlook on values fitting in with each other with development of the times request，not only be related to the future life of the students, more be related to the development of our countries cause.
