内蒙 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE VI Abstract Iron ore is the main raw materials of iron and steel metallurgical industry, and is the important mineral resources for the sustainable development of national economy. The iron ore containing with reserving up to 10 billion tons of limonite, hematite, siderite which is difficult to be chosen, if we can take effective magnetization roasting magnetic separation technology processing, iron ore can be converted into real strategic reserves, so the development of new iron ore resources has become the top priority. However, the conventional magnetization roasting technology process is complex, the disadvantages of high cost, which is difficult to achieve large-scale industrial application. Aiming at this problem, in this paper, a gas solid fluidized advantage of high efficiency heat transfer and mass transfer of baiyun obo magnetizing reduction roasting limonite particles is used in the numerical simulation research. Limonite particles contain water of crystallization, and the characteristics of its poor, thin, miscellaneous, lead to problems in terms of physical separation. By developing of low grade ore magnetization roasting technology, we can efficiently use of waste resources and cost savings. Fluidized bed magnetization roasting of carbon monoxide developed rapidly in recent years, but single particle reduction process has not been reported. The reduction model of single limonite particle is applied to explore the reduction degree in the process of gas magnetization roasting. The magnetizing reduction roasting of the limonite particles in the Circulating Fluidized Bed always with heat transfer、mass transfer、chemical reactions and changes in pore structure of limonite particles, so the reduction characteristic of the limonite particle is very complicated, to describe the reduction characteristic of limonite particles, we need to set up a mutually model which can transfer heat and mass, and with the changeable pore structure.
