II万方数据 II 万方数据 Abstract The vane seals of hydraulic rotary vane actuator(RVA) 町e the key factors affecting its work performance. The composite vane seals are compounded by a variety of materials. Under the action of pre-compression and high-pressure hydraulic oil,the stress distribution and deformation conditions of composite vane seals are extremely complex. The contact pressure,deformation and extrusion conditions of composite vane seals have an important influence on the seal reliability and service life. In this paper,the composite vane seals of RVA were taken as the research object, the main research is as follows. According to the structural characteristics and material properties of composite vane seals,the theoretical model of stress and strain of composite vane seals was established ,and the failure modes and their influence factors were discussed. The mathematical models of contact pressure ,deformation and extrusion of composite vane seals were established and solved. Based on Matlab programming , the influences of the pre-compression ratio,hydraulic oil pressure,elastic modulus , seal clearance and vane seals dimensions on the contact pressure,deformation and extrusion ofvane seals were calculated and analysed. The FEA models of composite vane seals were established ,the distribution of s位ess,contact pressure and deformation conditions of linear material model and nonlinear material model were calculated ,and the results were compared with the results of the mathematical model ,to veri命 the correctness of the mathematical model.
