The modern countryside tourism in China only dates back in the latter phase of 1980s. In order to promote recreational agriculture, the outline of Eleventh five year plan of P.R.C released that: developing recreational and sightseeing agriculture and enhancing development level of recreational agriculture. Rural tourism can not only provide urban inhabitants with new recreational products, but also has a significant meaning for promoting structural adjustment of agricultural industry, increasing peasants incomes, tra nsferring remaining lab our resources in rural areas, maintaining rural social stability and promoting sustainable development of agricultural economy.
