华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 科研管理工作是学校管理和建设的重要组成部分，是学校管理水平高低的重要 体现。目前科研管理工作的信息化程度不高，科研管理工作人员负担较重；科研信 息传递不畅等因素在某种程度上制约着科研工作的快速发展。所以开发一套高校科 研管理系统来解决科研管理工作滞后与科研工作快速发展的矛盾，不仅是我院的迫 切需求，也是许多其他高校共同的心声。 文章首先研究了基于角色的访问控制方法(RBAC)的理论基础和应用模型，以及 工作流的概念及相关理论；然后运用基于角色的访问控制方法(RBAC)开发用户的 登录模块，实现用户的职责分离；分析科研管理工作的步骤，把它们细化为流程上 的一个个节点，采用工作流的思想处理科研管理工作中的不同任务。 高校科研管理系统实现了科研项目申报、审批、科研成果申报、科研成果汇总 等科研管理工作中的基本任务，有力的推动了科研管理工作信息化的进程。 关键词：高校科研管理系统；基于角色的访问控制方法；工作流；三层结构 II II Abstract As a significant part of school administration and construction, management work of scientific research is an important reflection of the level of school government. Nowadays, the factors such as the low informationization level of scientific research management, the heavy burden on the research management staff and the difficult convey of research information lay restraints on the rapid development of scientific research work. So, it is an urgent demand and strong aspiration of our university as well as other universities that a series of college scientific research management system should be developed in order to solve the contradiction between the lag of research administration work and the fast development of scientific research. This paper firstly studies the theoretical basis and application model of RBAC, and the concept of workflow and its related theories. Then applying RBAC, the researcher explores users’ login modules to realize their separation of duties. With this method, researchers can also analyze the procedures of scientific research management work and detail them to be the nodes of process, thus dealing with different assignments in the research management work with the idea of workflow. The college scientific research management system will accomplish the basic tasks including the application and approval of scientific research project, the application and collection of research achievements.
