成都中医药大学硕士论文 成都中医药大学硕士论文 PAGE PAGE 1 中文摘要 目的：观察和评价复方苦参汤坐浴治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临 床疗效。 方法：将 53 例符合纳入标准的混合痔术后肛缘水肿的患者随机分 成 2 组，其中试验组 27 例，对照组 26 例。试验组采用复方苦参汤坐 浴的方法，对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液( 1:5000 ) 坐浴的方法。观察两组 坐浴 7 天后的治疗疗效、症状积分改善情况、水肿大小消退情况。 结果：复方苦参汤能明显改善患者的临床症状，总有效率达 92.60 ％，优于对照组（69.23％）。两组患者坐浴 7 天后症状分值、水肿大 小相比较，试验组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论：1.复方苦参汤坐浴组在治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿方面疗效 优于高锰酸钾溶液(1：5000)坐浴组。 2.复方苦参汤坐浴组未见明显的毒副作用和局部皮肤过敏反应， 因此其应用于混合痔术后肛缘水肿的治疗，是安全的、可行的。 关键词：复方苦参汤 坐浴 痔术后 肛缘水肿 临床观察 Abst r act Obj ect i ve：To observe the clinical efficacy of the external treatment on edema of crissum which has Mixed hemorrhoid surgery with complex prescription of matrine soup. Met hods：A randomized study was made in 53 patients,the study groups(27 cases)received the treatment of fumigating and sitz bath with complex prescription of matrine soup,the control group(26 cases) received the treatment of fumigating and sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution(1:5000).All patients recieived teating7 days. Observe the treated effect，the improvement of syndrome accumulated points，the change of the edema size. Resul t s ： Complex prescription of matrine soup could improve clinical symptom obviously, total effective rate is 92.60%, surpassing the control group(69.23%). After seven days by sitz bath,the score of postoperative edema of wound surface in treatment group is lower than the score of control group，there is signal statistieal difference between two groups (P＜0.05). Concl usi on：1.The group of Complex prescription of matrine soup by sitz bath is better than potassium permanganate solution(1:5000)by sitz bath in terms of dat -a of edema of crissum; 2. Because”Complex prescription of matrine soup”by sitz bath finds no side effect and local dermato-allergic reaction.It is safe and feasible to treat edema of crissum after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy .
